Sundae Delight

2 ounces Caramel Baileys Irish Cream

1/2 ounce White Rum

Vanilla Ice Cream

Chocolate Syrup

Spoon a small amount of ice cream into a rocks glass. Squeeze a ribbon of chocolate syrup on top.  Set aside.  Place 1 large scoop of ice cream into a cocktail shaker half filled with ice.  Add Baileys and rum.  Shake very well until sides are frosted.  Strain into the prepared rocks glass.
